Community Guidelines
Sadeqi Story only works if people feel safe putting a story they care about in front of strangers. These are the ground rules that make that possible.
Respect writers
Behind every submission is a person who trusted the community with something they made. Treat that seriously.
Criticize stories, not people
Feedback should be about the work — pacing, structure, character, execution — never the person who wrote it.
No harassment
No targeted abuse, threats, or sustained hostility toward another member, in reviews, comments, or anywhere else on the platform.
No plagiarism
Submit your own work. Adapting a public-domain or licensed source is fine if you say so; passing off someone else's writing as yours is not.
No manipulation
Don't coordinate with others to inflate scores, ratings, or votes for a story you're connected to.
No vote brigading
Voting and reviewing exist to surface genuinely strong stories — recruiting outside voters to swing a result undermines that for everyone.
No fake reviews
Reviews should reflect an honest read of the story in front of you, not a favor, a grudge, or a rubber stamp.
No doxxing
Never publish another member's private information, especially during blind review where anonymity is the point.
No abuse of the blind-review system
Don't attempt to identify or expose an author's identity during blind review, and disclose any conflict of interest instead of reviewing anyway.
No discrimination
No content or conduct that demeans people on the basis of who they are.
No spam
Don't flood submissions, comments, or reviews with low-effort or repetitive content.
Violations can result in review restrictions, submission removal, or account action, depending on severity. See the Terms of Service for how enforcement works.
