Synopsis

Every evening, old Maman Goli tells the harbour children the tale of a traveler searching for the end of his own story — and every evening she stops at the same place, saying the ending never came to her. Her grandson Omid, who fills notebooks he shows no one, realizes she is running out of evenings. On her last night in the lighthouse, he does the one thing he has always been afraid to do: he speaks his own words out loud, and gives her story its ending.
